We’re back to normality and back to work. I know its a terrible shock to the system after the festive period. But in a bid to be healthier this year, in all aspects, I have decided that meal prepping is one of the most important factors that will help me achieve optimal health. Because otherwise I get hangry and reach for whatever is closest. And 99 % of the time its not healthy. So to help you stay healthy, even when at work, here are great healthy lunches that you can meal prep and take with you to work. You can even eat them at your desk!
