Veganism is one of the biggest trends for 2018. The number of people following a vegan diet is on the rise and it is easy to see why. Many follow this lifestyle for the animals and others purely just to be healthier. Whatever the reason is, I don’t think it matters. I personally follow a plant-based diet. I prefer this term as people immediately start to judge when you say vegan. Not that I care, but I’m sick of hearing ,” But where do you get your protein?” . Anyways, this post isn’t about me or about veganism, but rather about the delicious, nutritious and easy vegan recipes that you just have to try now!

Contrary to popular belief, vegan recipes aren’t bland and just leaves. They are full of fibre, very tasty and satisfying. Let me know if you try any of these recipes.
