Instead opt for flavoured waters, tea or natural juices.

Fibre is essential when you are trying to lose weight. Why? It aids in digestion and helps you to feel fuller for longer. Thus meaning that you are less likely to overeat. Try to include more fibre rich foods in your diet such as vegetables, oatmeal and legumes. These breakfast recipes will help you to feel fuller for longer.
I love a good glass of wine as much as the next person, but really found that I was always bloated and gaining weight in my stomach area when I consumed more alcohol. Drinking too much alcohol definitely will not help you shed the lbs and the muffin top. Instead you should limit your alcohol consumption and when you do drink, try and make healthier choices. These are the drinks to drink when trying to lose weight.
Whilst cardio is great for weight loss, it will ultimately cause you to lose some weight in muscle. Long durations of low cardio exercises will cause the muscles to break down. Muscles are vital as they are active tissues that will help you to burn calories. The more muscle you have on your body the better. The Basal Metabolic Rate is the number of calories that you burn at rest. The more lean muscle you have the higher your BMR and the faster your metabolism! So be sure to add some strength training into your weekly workout routine.
Minimize Stress Levels
High stress levels play a very big role in ones inability to shed the weight.
