At TheModMaven, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Return Policy
- You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests will be reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Items eligible for return: Most items are returnable unless otherwise noted.

- Swimwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
- Beauty, skincare, and personal care items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as Final Sale
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, original tags attached, and in resalable condition.
- Items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer.
- Return requests must be initiated by contacting us at support@themodmaven.com before sending items back. Please wait for our response, as you may be asked to provide photos or videos as evidence of defects, wrong item, or wrong size. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
International Returns Notice
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before initiating a return.
Due to the international nature of our supply chain, all products are shipped from overseas locations. As a result:
- Return shipping is international and must be sent back to the country of origin.
- Return shipping costs range from $15 to $40 depending on the item's weight, size, and destination.
- Return transit time is approximately 30-60 days for the item to reach our supplier and be processed.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend contacting us before returning any item so we can discuss the most cost-effective solution for your situation, which may include:
- Partial refunds for minor issues
- Replacement items for defective products
- Store credit options
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@themodmaven.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (if requested by our support team)
We will review your request within 2 business days and provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any applicable return authorization.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear after processing.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed or a prepaid return label will be provided.
- For all other returns: Refund will be minus return shipping costs ($15-$40). The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Items returned without authorization or without original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Due to the international return process taking 30-60 days, refunds for customer-initiated returns may take up to 60-75 days from the date you ship the item back to us. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
TheModMaven.com strives to ensure that items are delivered free of defects and as described.
- If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@themodmaven.com.
- You will be asked to provide photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- We will review the case and, if applicable, issue a full refund including return shipping costs according to this policy.
- In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned. We will issue a full refund after reviewing your evidence, allowing you to keep or dispose of the item.
Please note: TheModMaven.com is not the manufacturer of the products. Any long-term warranties offered by the manufacturer are not covered by TheModMaven.com. Customers must pursue those directly with the manufacturer if applicable.
4. Shipping Delays and Return Window Extensions
- All orders are shipped internationally. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe (5-15 business days), delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or other factors outside our control.
- If your order experiences significant shipping delays (more than 15 business days), please contact us at support@themodmaven.com. We may extend your return window on a case-by-case basis.
- Such delays may affect the timing of delivery and therefore the return window. In cases of significant delays, please contact us for assistance.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Items returned without prior authorization from TheModMaven
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or in used/damaged condition
- Items returned after the 14-days return window has expired
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items (customer responsibility)
- Items that are marked as Final Sale or are in the non-returnable categories listed above
